BOYERTOWN — Sen. Tracy Pennycuick (R-24) visited Boyertown Area Fire & Rescue (BAFR) on Monday to award a $750,000 grant she secured for the organization’s upcoming purchase of a new fire apparatus. The funding, provided through the PA Department of Community & Economic Development, will allow the fire company to replace its aging ladder truck.
“Supporting our first responders is one of the most meaningful responsibilities I have as a state legislator,” said Pennycuick. “I’m proud to help ensure these organizations have the resources they need to continue serving our communities.”

Tracy has consistently advocated for our firefighters, police officers, and other first responders. More importantly, she delivers results.
