Pennycuick Honors First Responders on National First Responders Day

RED HILL – Today, on National First Responders Day, Senator Tracy Pennycuick (R-24) recognizes the brave men and women who put their lives on the line to protect our communities. To honor these heroes, Senator Pennycuick unveiled a ‘Wall of Heroes’, a collection of photos submitted by various organizations across the 24th District.

“Our first responders are the true heroes among us,” said Pennycuick. “Their unwavering commitment to protecting our communities deserves our deepest respect and admiration. By creating this ‘Wall of Heroes,’ we aim to celebrate their courage, sacrifice, and dedication to service. This display will be showcased in my office to serve as a daily reminder of their heroic efforts.”

National First Responders Day, observed annually on October 28th, is a day to express our gratitude and appreciation for the tireless efforts of firefighters, police officers, emergency medical technicians, and all those who respond to emergencies. Their bravery and compassion make our communities safer and stronger.

Senator Pennycuick encourages everyone to take a moment today to thank a first responder for their service and sacrifice.
