HARRISBURG – Sen. Tracy Pennycuick (R-24) is pleased to announce that her office will be offering in-person assistance for the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program at The Center at Spring Street (Boyertown Area Multi-Service) located at 200 W. Spring Street, Boyertown, every Thursday from February 27 through April 10. Assistance will be available on February 27, March 6, March 13, March 20, March 27, April 3, and April 10.
The Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program provides financial relief by helping eligible Pennsylvanians receive rebates on property taxes or rent paid in the previous year. The program benefits seniors aged 65 and older, widows and widowers aged 50 and older, and individuals with disabilities aged 18 and older. In 2024, new income limits have been set at $46,520 per year for both homeowners and renters, expanding eligibility for more residents.
“My office is here to help residents navigate the application process and ensure they receive the rebates they qualify for,” said Pennycuick. “With the increased income limits, more Pennsylvanians may now qualify, and I encourage anyone who thinks they may be eligible to take advantage of this program.”
Applications for 2024 Property Tax/Rent Rebates are due by June 30, 2025. To schedule an appointment, please contact Senator Pennycuick’s Red Hill office at (215) 541-2388.
