This event will provide an opportunity for Fire and EMS officials to meet Senator Tracy Pennycuick and State Fire Commissioner Thomas Cook, and will feature presentations from key state and federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Agriculture (Rural Development Office) and the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (COSTARS). Participants will receive valuable information on programs, grants, and other resources that can provide critical support for Fire and EMS projects across the region.

Representatives from both full‑time and volunteer Fire and EMS organizations across the 24th Senate District are encouraged to attend, along with local emergency management coordinators from municipalities located in 24th District. More than one person from each organization may participate if availability allows. For the most effective participation, it’s recommended that organizations send their president or an individual responsible for financial / grant‑related matters.
